About Weihai Xin Xing Fishing Tackle Founded in 1990, we are one of the first fishing tackle manufacturers in mainland China. For over a decade, we've supplied Wal-Mart, Kmart and Leeda with graphite and fiberglass fishing rods and reels. We currently export 50 percent of our rods to Europe and 30 percent to the US.
Offering You Reels with One-way Clutches
We offer 130 models of fiberglass fishing rods and reels. Our designers work with a technician from South Korea to make sure we offer you the latest in fishing tackle goods. With our own mold workshop, we can design a custom sample for you within 15 days. If we have to make a mold, your sample will be ready in 20 to 60 days.
We Manufacture Our Own Fiberglass
We source raw carbon for our graphite fishing rods from South Korea. The fiberglass that we use for our rods and sticks is produced at our 6,600-square-meter factory. This means we can offer you a more consistent level of quality than our competitors who outsource production of their fiberglass.
Our workshops are equipped with tube-coiling machines from South Korea and drying chambers from Japan. We have five fishing rod lines with a monthly capacity of 150,000 units. Our fishing reel production lines turn out up to 80,000 units every month. Orders for as few as 100 rods or 300 reels are welcome.
We Meet the Standards of Wal-Mart and Kmart
Our production facilities have passed audits from Wal-Mart, Kmart and Milo Srl. We inspect 100 percent of our raw materials and finished products, and test our goods with curve and strength machines from South Korea. And our QC team does spot checks on five percent of your order before delivery.
